HR Employee Compliance Administrator $15-$17 Per Hour

Kaiser Transport is seeking an HR Employee Compliance Administrator. This is an administrative support position that suppprts the Human Resources Department (80%), Fleet Department (10%) and the Safety & Compliance Department (10%).
HR Employee Compliance Duties
Assist with the administration of all company sponsored benefits for all Kaiser Companies a) Medical b) Dental c) Vision d) 401K
Single point owner of Human Resources Information System with the following responsibilities: a) Enter new hires-ADP & TMW b) Terminate employees c) Employee maintenance d) Reports e) STD f) COBRA
Assist with New Hire Training-orientation of all company support common to all employees
Direct and Assist with New Hire Process for all positions in all companies
Assist HR Manager with education, training, and execution of Performance Management
Employment verifications, Passport enrollments, TWIC card enrollments.
Assist with the administration of Employee Leaves for all Kaiser Companies a) FMLA b) STD c) Personal Leaves
Administration of How to Books for all Kaiser Companies
Assist with HR related company-wide communications for all Kaiser Companies
Audit employee payroll and work with A/P on employee deductions, etc.
Assist with company reports in Crystal, TMW, and any other reporting where assistance is needed.
Assist Leadership with errands and other tasks
Assist company leaders with general administrative support
Responsible for updating and maintenance of all communication boards across all companies
Passenger Authorizations and reporting of Insurance for Passengers.
Responsible for the timely processing and administration of all citations for all Kaiser companies
Responsible for assisting in the tracking, communication, and compliance DOT requirements a) Driver DOT physicals for all Kaiser companies
Fleet Compliance Admin Duties
Assist with Fleet Maintenance related communications for all Kaiser companies
Updating and maintaining trucking websites, truck and trailer spreadsheets, and expiration spreadsheet
Ability to use various technology (online payments, TruckMate, TMT, Microsoft Excel, Outlook)
Provide drivers with permit book for each truck a) Maintain and update all information in book as needed (expiration dates)
Work with surrounding area DMV's to complete registrations and license plate information a) Ability to use all states DMV websites for various tasks
Process online payments for various items such as tolls, taxes, permits, and registrations
File digital invoicing for Fleet Maintenance Department
Assist in yearly truck trade
Safety and Compliance Admin
Responsible for generation, maintenance, and securing of all DOT related files for all Kaiser companies
Responsible for Driver's License renewals for all Kaiser companies
Responsible for the internal audits, communications, and trainings of the ELD system a) Complete driver log audits monthly and comply with all DOT requirements using Fleetmatics i) Able to use programs in order to run necessary reports and input data from the logs b) Track and communicate results of monthly audits with Safety and Compliance Department Manager
Assist in the creation, maintenance, and submission of all Safety and Compliance documentation
Share in the responsibility of legal research, communications, recommendations, and compliance for all legal issues for all Kaiser companies
Assist in the development, maintenance, and training of all documentation
All other duties as assigned by supervisor
Experience:
HR and/or Transportation Industry experience preferred. Knowledge of employment law, DOT, TMW Systems and ADP a plus. Highly organized and attention to detail. Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with spreadsheets and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
