MAYC exists to build young lives through the work of positive mentors who:
Show God's love in practical ways Model and help facilitate healthy relationships Provide fun, productive activities in a safe social environment Engage students in community service and awareness of the world around them Development Coordinator ($16/20 hrs.
week - hybrid role w/minimum of 10 hours per week on-site during operating hours Not only will you become part of a fun workplace to work in, but you will also make a difference in Milton Youth's lives.
You will perform administrative duties related to fundraising, marketing, grant solicitation, and public relations and will gain first-hand experience in strategic planning to the capacity of a growing organization:
Develop and execute fundraising campaigns Network with potential donors Solicit current donors for increased contributions Deliver reports on fundraising activities and progress Create, maintain, and grow grant database Write compelling requests to solicit grant funds Track received grant monies and uses for reports to send to grantors Develop marketing campaign Attend networking events and trade shows to increase brand awareness and funding.
This part-time position is excellent for those in school for education, marketing, or individuals not looking for a standard 40-hour week position.
This position required individuals to pass a routine background check to allow them to work with youth.
