We are seeking a customer service oriented and motivated person for the position of Customer Care Representative.
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for obtaining feedback from shippers and receivers regarding pickups and deliveries, assisting with administrative duties, and sourcing new customer leads to our sales force via customer referrals.
Job Responsibilities Making calls daily to customers, shippers, and receivers to ensure Kaiser Service Level is being met on every shipment Promote Kaiser companies to prospective or existing clients Assist with secondary carrier set-ups, paperwork, and filing of similar documents Ensure satisfactory results regarding pickup and delivery of all loads, and follow up on any negative feedback Utilize exemplary communication skills and well modulated voice tones with customers and employees Stay updated on industry knowledge and trends to facilitate sales during customer care calls Job Requirements Exemplary verbal and written communication Outstanding customer service values Strong Understanding of phone etiquette Strong background in spreadsheet utilization Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Experience in the transportation preferred Ability to effectively organize and prioritize Ability to diffuse situations when someone is verbally upset Ability to express empathy Hours:
Up to 25 hours per week based on business need.
Generally, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend or afterhours work.
This is an hourly, on-site, part-time position, in an office environment.
This position is not eligible for benefits in accordance with Company guidelines.
Successful candidates must pass a 60, 90, & 120 day evaluation.
