As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us maintain and enhance our resort's infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our camping resort.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Conducting regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC equipment.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cabins, RV sites, and communal areas.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and colleagues.
Ensuring that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and in accordance with safety guidelines.
Assisting in the maintenance and repair of recreational amenities, such as swimming pools, playgrounds, and sports courts.
Collaborating with the management team to implement preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies inventory.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to maintenance work.
Basic computer skills to maintain digital records and communicate via email.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and guests.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
