About the position:
This primary responsibility for this position will be inspecting our products and materials for quality issues before they are packaged and shipped to our customers.
This position will take on the responsibility of being the last line of defense before our products arrive in the hands of our customers.
Having an eye for detail and the desire for our customers to receive the best possible products is a must for this position.
In this role, you will also be required to assist in other production areas when needed.
We are looking for someone who is willing to work overtime when our demand requires it.

Responsibilities:
Examine materials and products for a variety of defects Measure materials and verify correct measurements Fold and package material to given specifications Operate the grommet machine Identify, clean, and correct blemishes in material products Measure, cut, and coil thin gauge cable Secondary

Measuring, cutting, labeling foam Operating the heat press and vinyl cutting Filling Weights Assembling boxes Assembling Carl's Place products Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Other miscellaneous duties as assigned Skills and knowledge:
High attention to detail Understanding of quality tolerances and applications Able to professionally communicate errors to team members Ability to read and understand basic work instructions Comfortable using a computer Must be able to read a tape measure Must be able to lift 50 pounds periodically Responsible, reliable and self-motivated Able to work in a team or individually Must contribute positively to the work environment Able to achieve and maintain quality production standards Must actively participate and support any improvement activities Some manufacturing/warehouse experience is preferred Other essential information:
