Whether you have years of experience, or you're looking for an entry level position, we are interested in interviewing motivated techs with a positive attitude.
Daily Responsibilities On-site IT and phone system installation projects including deploying, maintaining, and upgrading hardware, servers, and networking equipment.
Also includes running cable for installations that require it.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Remote desktop support Answer phone calls and emails and log notes for actions performed on jobs.
Research and determine which products or services best fit the needs of clients.
Communicate effectively with other co-workers to achieve client and company goals.
Follow up on all commitments made to clients and co-workers.
Other duties as assigned.
The Right Fit for US 1 or more years of experience with running cable, routing, general networking, and/or VoIP troubleshooting is a plus.
1 or more years of experience with customer technical support Someone who is organized and has a great memory.
Able to keep notes straight and remember important customer details.
Quick learner that stays current on all product training.
Self-motivated.
Stays on task with no need for micro-management.
Maintains a professional and positive attitude even in stressful situations.
Any of the following certifications would be a benefit but are not required:
CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, CASP, CompTIA Security+, CISSP.
